Jade threatened me!

about never seeing Ohno again if I don't post any pictures.
oh well, all the more reasons to disclose what I've been unhealthily up to in Phuket.

seriously, I gained too much excess fat. I'm sorta trying to achieve walking 10k steps a day now but it's not working - House marathon you see. but now that my mom had chased us (me & my sis) off the tv so I'm here stealing John's pc time. and meanwhile waiting for House marathon to continue on its pace again. that series is adding on more sarcasm to my speeches. yuck.

one really cute kid that can't get off the hapiness of kicking my seat on the airplane.
my sister & the famous crabs. tadah!
on the way to Phi Phi (fifi) island.
we looked thrilled don't we?
don't be fooled. we're just plain gay that's all.
oh btw, Pancake here says welcome to Phuket. She's apparently the most beautiful woman you can find in Thailand, so the driver said. he was pretty boastful about her. especially with her name, he mentioned it SO MANY TIMES.

Simpson Fish (what Joseph calls it). watching it's eyes move is seriously entertaining. despite the fact that it's also quite very weird in other aspects , like for example : blue lips.
we heart skeletons.
the bigger one's a whale and the smaller one's a dugong. a DUGONG.
mom & dad ditched us for a 800baht/person elephant ride while we went to watch a guy show his affections towards a cobrall. or was it a python? i don't recall.
where we had another round of yummy seafood.
one beach we went to. it's a shame they don't go topless here.
lousy sea hawk looks cooler than me. I earned 50 bahts for having the ****s to take picture with a meat eating creature. which is the same amounts of bahts I used to buy a book. a very scary book that swears too much.
our final night in Phuket main town and boy was I gay touching that hippy pink scooter!
we love Star Movies.
and welcome to Patong Beach!which is where Joseph met a new friend because of the book he was holding. great way to know new people huh?
and where also he staked our lives on the go-kart. nice unforgetable memory.
FantaSea!
International buffet dinner
my new friends. meet Froggy (I haven't officially named it yet) the pink frog and Mr. Jellyfish! They looks thrilled with me! whee~
ms. Peacock. that's not her real name.
anyway, I have a joke to share.
we saw white python, white peacock, white birds, white hall - so my mom asked me ,'why is everything white?'
I thought the Q was pointless so I ignored her so she asked again.
this time, a cranky over 20s guy answered her ,'they painted them white.' with a v serious face.
my mom went all big eyed and asked, 'even the animals?' oh how we love her tone of voice that is full of wonder tone.
then that cranky dude replied seriously, 'yes.' and turned away giggling to his friends.

the palace of the Elephants. that's what they wrote there at the sign - well anyway, there's where we quarterly doze off, half watched, and quarterly whoa-ed at the performances.

where we returned to to sleep. nice place - just no Star Movies.

John was indulged in making his hard sand ball the next morning over at Patong Beach that he didn't even bothered when I threw a soft sand ball at him.

another beach which the name I can't recall.

the last meal we had in Phuket Island. it was like so tall up , we were at the same height with the buzzing scarily in amount wires.

TADAH! end of Phuket trip.
I get to see Ohno now right? riiiiight??

don't ya'll just love leaving your hws till the end to finish?

my weird sixteen

sometimes you just can't help but feel left out no matter how away from the truth it is. just a part of life you can't avoid - people, afterall is selfish in nature.

---

my 16th birthday was hillarious. I spent the whole exact day sitting in front of the computer playing neopets. and ended up getting my mom burst in anger of me doing no house chores and playing games. yeah, she hates computer games.

but I got - a mocha cake from my dad which tastes wonderful. (: and a freezed cheese cake from Cai Ling~ my mom says it's wonderful. and she got herself a second helping which rarely happens.

then I went to MV on Sunday to go meet up with Beh, Cai Ling, JinJin~, Li Pheng, Po Chi & twilight. when which it was supposed to be a birthday celebration but it was more like a normal outing with everyone belanja-ing me stuff. muahaha. like, for example - JinJin bought me donuts. (that memang he owes me nvm) all of them paid for my movie ticket. being birthday girl rocks sial. but they all left me alone in MV in the end. just cause I forgot to go get my reload and I got caught up in all the Jdramas/English movies in Speedy n ddecided to search for Hercules. go figure. I decided it was too late to take a bus alone with all the packetted stuff in my hand (donuts, for example) so I called my mom to come pick me up but she said (you crazy ah - come back yourself lah) so I was all emo and started reading books in MPH (and which to my horror discovered The Gift was RM71 ++) so I called my dad and found out he was in PJ and said nvm he can go on with whatever he's doing. then I found Yes, Man! (Jim Carrey movie coming out in this Dec) and started reading when my dad called again and said he'll be coming over to which I said if he comes over I'll give him two donuts!

then he got me back asking me where were my kawan-kawan yg abandoned me completely. and there comes the funny sentence , 'who needs enemies when you have friends like that?' LOL. no offense to those who went that day . xD

YESTERDAY I went out with JADEEE! in IOI. I wanted to check out the new toilet but I still didnt get to see it anyway. and Popular sells The Gift for the same RM71 ++ price too. bummer. then Bolt wasn't on show in IOI so we took the other don't know how many hours to walk and circle around the whole mall. as Jade said, we are one sad couple of a teenagers. we passed by that gold shop that Jade's friend was working in it SO MANY TIMES that the guy probably thought we were stalking him or something like that. HAHAH. classic. (: then the Arashi videos she showed me were so friggin funny - oh Oh I got to borrow a series from her. (: which I thnk she didnt want to part with it because she kept asking me 'you SURE you want it anot? I know you don't want it' I WANT CODE BLUE TT and koizora. xD see, the thing is she went back with me. ((: n i think i recognise the road to her house now.. just that i hv no idea which road to walk on to reach her house. mmhmm.

that's about my sixteenth birthday . OH - going out again tomorrow with me primary school friends and get CODE BLUE! yeaaaaah!

right .

an adventure

whoa.

I'm finally back from camp, but I think I gained weight instead of losing weight like I did for the Rakan Muda camp. HALT! you guys must be going 'what camp?' now. Cause I didn't mentioned anything about camps for the previous few posts. well, I just attended a 3D2N FGA CYC New Generation Youth Camp. whoa. what a long name.

the accomodation:
were okay.cause the tilam was the exact same as the tilam I have at home. Nylon-filled-sink-in-when-sat-on-too-long tilam. plus, we have 4 toilets. :D and air-cond! wheeee~

the food:
can't be deniededly superb. Seriously! (:

the people:
OH! God bless them. except for that kid that kept on squeezing me towards Jen Ai on the second day's service.

kidding lah.

the weirdest thing of all is that I met Ryan Tan Tze Tzun. my cousin who speaks mainly English and Hokkien in a Chinese-speaking camp. which thinks that kong long is dragon. and guess what? Marie that use to live somewhere along my row of houses there is neighbour to my cousin which invited him of course. small small world.

another weird thing is that I met ah Kua's friend - xiao ling. yes, the ah Kua from 6B class (to ex-6B people who so coincidentally is reading) . and also another ah Kua's friend - Wei Jian - that I still can't believe is only Form 3, he looks so .. like a graduate.

another thing, I got to know a whole bunch of not-so-crazy people that are just rightly cool. awesome. (: for example,
mark ong ka sing, mei qi, wei le, sook ping, kok tim (yvonne's cousin brother), wei jian, tian xiang, san san, xiao ling, ah Ken, kah yan, yvonne's cousin brother no. 2, yvonne's cousin brother no. 3 and yvonne's cousin sister - hahah! I just didn't got to know their names. you can't blame me!

and people that I knew earlier, we got closer and became a big giant crazy cool undignified-for-God family. really glad that most of the people I knew that went came to the Lord. that just proves that God is real and Jesus is alive! YEAHOOO~

AND the chairman is so totally omg-ingly lame.

the services:
was oh so awesome. you could feel it right to your bones the presence of the Lord. although the praise & worship songs seems to repeat itself over the past few days, that's what make it great! I mean, after 2 times singing the songs you don't have to refer to the lyrics anymore. :D and we had a great shouting session all through Praise session. great fun.

the first message presented was all blur to me because I was so tired that I kept dozing off and also because I was annoyed by the selfish little fat bratty kid next to me that kept on putting his leg on top of mine like my leg was some kind of a footstool. okay, shall not let that spoil my mood.

but the second message was okay. :D because I didn't doze off. bahaha.

the games?
OMG. I haven't had such aching muscles before in my life. night challenge games was fun, really it was so fun that well, it was fun! btw, I have a secret to tell, that night was my record breaking night. because I officially didn't bathed for 48 hours+ ; I bet none of you all noticed! HAHAH. well, now you know.anyway, the river probably washed away most of my dirt and stuff. yeah! we completely nailed the river game. there's only one task that I so so so so remember because it was the only one except for the river game that I contributed some efforts to - the walking across a mud + shit filled swamp via two ropes.

the day challenge games were HAHAHA. we so totally rocked at human juicer. :D uhm, we had to like chew on tomatoes and spit the juice into a bottle. our group - heart 8 - had the highest level of juice. guess why?

ice-breakers were a total knock-off too. we were completely victorious in tug-o-war, completely useless in 'lat lat sao si' and an average team in the use teeth to peel off sugar cane skin + peel off coconut skin game this morning.

yesterday night we stayed up till 3 to play unofficial games in the canteen, and that was my first time seeing qing foong not quiet. and it struck me that 'wow, he can talk!'. so irony to what Ryan (SE member) said last time. there's where I got to meet so many new people that were crazy. oh yeah, wei jian is so, so vain.

overall:
it was so friggin crazily fun. our group slogan is so weird that I have no comments on it but just in case you're interested, here it's how it goes:

wo men shi, HEART 8!
wo rang ni men, HEART 8 (ache)!
ji de wo men, HEART 8!
heart 8 we are, CHAMPIONS!
heart 8 we are, CHAMPIONS!
*the lion sleeps tonight tune*
we are heart 8,
we let you heart 8(ache),
a wee bam bam ba bwe~
*continuous shouts*

I only have two complaints to make (apart from the bratty annoying kid), first is that they spelled my name as Rebbeca. how can anyone spell Rebecca as Rebbeca? I mean -- Reb-beca. riiiiiiight. it's suppose to be a name?

the second thing is some people there present use whistles instead of shouting with their own voice box. and whistles not the use mouth shape into an o and blow air out whistle. it's the plastic whistle that goes onto such a high pitch a sound when air is blewn through it. it probably tore my ear-drum into a million pieces. I'm glad I had enough protein to gulped in throughout camp.

we won the overall by the way. and I got a cute little music ferris wheel photo frame.
heart 14 - cui boon's group (ah beh, kah yan, ming ming, jun fai, shee ping -- all there) got 1st runner up.
heart 12 - xin hui's group (ryan my cousin, Marie, wei jian, xiao ling, tian xiang -- etc.) got 2nd runner up.

lalala~ all the awards went to heart-zone. move-zone and voice-zone got no solid presents. HEHEHEHE. I'm happy btw. OH! YES. I FORGOT . I saw KKK there also. D: see? told you it's a small world.

pictures are with everyone else except for me. HAHAH. but the video should be out on youtube a short while after this. so stay tuned! come visit my blog as often and click on the YouthSays button! oooh! thank you, Sue Yin for joining. :D

Rebecca.
a memory to remember - I AM FREE! because who the Son sets free is free indeed.

20081101

WOW!

I didn't updated for ONE day! (: but I have a long post so make yourself a huge pot of coffee and put it right in front of you at the computer table if you insist on reading.

anyways,

I'M BACK! *grins my abnormal grin*

and sweating like no one's business. I lost a rounded up amount of 2kg over the last two days.(believe me, I just weighed myself) let's see .. steep-hill climbing, setting up tent under hot burning Malaysia sun, eating less food than I normally do for 2 days, slept for 3 hours .. or was it 2 hours?, had sukaneka (tug-o-war, racing), cooked (O.O it's actually edible! don't worry, no one died), acted as a yakuza, played badminton, did aerobic, treasure hunt, talking more than I normally do, made my mind process more Malay Language than usual .. yeah, guess that's it. OH! and walked home via bus ride in between walks under hot hot hot hot hot sun.

So anyway, I need to shut up and make my pictures start talking. oh wait, before that, you need to know I got seperated with JingQi because of the group numbering stuff. so.. yeah.

First Day :

watch tower in Bukit Gasing. (yeah, we climbed Bukit Gasing and thought it was a BIG deal.)

Siti Hajar, Betty Ngalang & Woo JingQi (tent mates!)

first to rise.

umbrella pun dah keluar. apa yg kurang lagi?

Lol. JingQi can become a pro model.

Spagghetti for lunch.

'ngok, Hajar gune chopstick tu!

JingQi & Hajar sack jumping (sukaneka)

Nazib pregnant with a balloon and .. iforgothisname posing.

positions of one of the three tug-o-war that my group actually won.

group photo! don't ask why my feet appeared on top of someone's head. I don't know either. 0:-)

they cooked dinner while I cam-whored.

JingQi cooked. A lot. for her group only lah. ):

my group's super delicious dinner.

me & Nazib

me in full (so-called) yakuza costume & Nazib

En. Hazdi lied to us weih! He.. he told us to go to the multipurpose hall at 1am but when we passed by at 1.10am, no one was there. AND PLUS he told us to wake up at 5.30am for don't know what lah but he himself wasn't there. That was TWICE he tricked us! lousy. and anyway, I tossed and turned through the night and I didn't got any sleep at all until the.. 20th song on Hitz.fm was playing. D: actually I was about to go sleep at the 15th song butthen 'breaking free' started playing and I was all, whoa. This song reminds me of so many many things and when HSM wasn't that cheesy and bleaugh. but Hajar likes HSM so.. dahlah. don't insult too much.

continue on! 2nd Day :

sky in Kuchai at 7am.

Nazib's super cool way of heating his bread.

before taking down the tent.

the all so famouse international language of aliens

Hajar & me

my group and being clueless about what the clue 'large pondok small house' meant during treasure hunt

Form 2 creeps that made our lives horrible with their idea of the Sukaneka activities, first-night activity (the yakuza dress up), and treasure hunt.

I didn't particularly cared whether I won the lousy treasure hunt anyways, because the other group that won got a very beautiful round and yellow thing with pink scribbles on it.

tada! ah, tahniah, syabas. dpt dah belon happy kan?

Nazib showing his skills of washing chicken

Pn. Toh! our mentor. (:

you guess lah what it is. you guess lah. guess je.

cincau? jelly? gui lin gao? NOH. all wrong. it's OIL. cooking oil. I wonder if anyone would believe if I said it was Diesel and sold it away?

LOL. this is funny story about the steamer.

see the leg without slippers? the owner of the pair of legs apparently had no idea how to steam food and so very coincidentally place the whole three layers of thing on top of the fire. with the chicken in it on the second layer. with no water at all on the first layer. very funny. I laughed till my toe started to join me in laughter in my head.

Hajar & JingQi with specs

Hajar & clues for treasure hunt & me

my group's tasteless lunch that has the look. see children, don't judge a book by it's cover.

the other group's lunch which fried rice with egg I didn't taste. ):

'Betty, 'ngok, masih ade darah la, tak enak langsung ko.'

I thought the tea tasted better than the food.

tak tahu malu langsung ko, masih bergembira mengambik gambar mcm dah menang tu.

what had I learnt from this camp? HMM.. well, besides discriminating people that are different from our skin colour ah .. I've learnt to be a sore loser lo. my group sucks. I'm sorry for the term but it really does. it's like they see you as worthless if you're not of the same kind. and they discriminate. a whole lot. and they speak bad about the other team whenever they win a game. I mean, c'mon! this is a camp. camp is fun. and fun is not speaking bad about other people. fun is also not ignoring anyone that don't have the same skin colour as you. DUDETTES, YOU say the They do the discriminating acts, what in the world did I saw in the past 2 days? WAKE UP! and brew me coffee.

OKay.

I'm suppose to go offline now cause my arm and stomach are starting to ache and my shoulders are stiff and I can't walk properly because of .. screw aerobics.

dah. DAH. anyway, I had fun la. my BM boosted up thanks to Betty and Hajar and Nazib. Lol. but Nazib don't speak much. unlike Hajar who can go on and on and on about movies to people to TV series to F1 to WWE to football (go Fabregas!) to singers to tennis players to US President election to motor racing to everything else in the whole wide world you can speak of about lah! and the problem is JingQi knows as much as she does so I did most of the listening and agreeing (especially to the part where she said Fabregas leng chai lah) and giving comment like DBSK is not really that cool.

oh okay, sorry. anyway, DAH! (: I'm going to go bath and straight to bed. D: En. Hazdi, kenapalah tipu kami? 'ngok, I dah hilang 2kg ni. tak mcm saye dah, dah tak bulat. tak cantik lah mcm ni.. kan? (:
